Insurance

When you attend an outpatient clinic, insurance will bill you a 20% co-pay, which does not include the time and cost of transportation to the clinic.

Insurance will also bill you 20% for the Mobility for Life program, but therapy will be done in the comfort and privacy of your home, without the added time and travel expense. We accept these insurance plans: Medicare, Humana Commercial, Humana Medicare, Meridian Medicaid, Meridian Medicare, Priority Health Commercial, Priority Health Medicare and Wellcare Medicare.
